Events Wellbeing Limited has been developed from over 16 years experience of supporting welfare at festivals, live music events and gigs across the UK, including children’s welfare.  We can provide 24/7 welfare cover for any event and we will tailor each support package to your requirements, specifications and budgets.

Our team of dedicated volunteers are experienced in supporting people who may be vulnerable due to substance use, mental health, assault, sexual assault or domestic abuse.  All our volunteers are fully DBS checked and many have professional backgrounds in drug and alcohol services, mental health, probation, community support services, housing and clinical settings.  All volunteers receive relevant training to ensure they can fully support those in need at festivals and events.

In addition to a welfare service provision (The Welfare Crew) Events Wellbeing Limited offers safeguarding support, a specialised sexual assault team, lost property services, eviction support, drug and alcohol training and consultancy to businesses around wellbeing, welfare and drugs and alcohol.

Events Wellbeing is fully insured for all services and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.  Copies of our health and safety policy, equality and diversity statement, data policy, sustainability policy and safeguarding policy can be shared with event coordinators prior to events.
