ACCESSIBILITY SUPPORT

Our belief is that events should be inclusive for all and appropriate support should be offered to people with accessible needs to ensure a well rounded event experience.  Our team are trained to support customers with their individual needs, both meeting practical and emotional support needs.  We offer advice and guidance on how event attendees can navigate the nuances of each event to ensure people with accessible needs get the best out of their event experience.

Our team are available to support customers throughout their event journey from the car park, to the entrance lanes, to the campsites and into the arena/event main area.  We can offer static teams, for example on accessible platforms, roaming teams and buggy teams and will tailor the provision to the needs of your event.

Prior to our teams arriving on site our accessibility management will keep in regular communication with the event team and will plan a site visit.  This ensures we understand where there may be potential barriers for people with accessible needs and how we can then support the event to overcome these barriers.
