INCIDENT RESPONSE TEAM

Depending on the size of the festival and how many campsites there are, some festivals will have a dedicated team of specialists to call on in the event of a medical incident or possible drug and alcohol overdose.

We have trained, dedicated staff that are able to support those involved in the incident and to aid communication with all necessary parties such as security, medics and event control.   The dedicated team consisting of welfare, medics and security will work together to enable a safe area is created so the specialist teams can work on the incident.

These kind of incidents are very few and far between, however we train our teams in many different areas of excellence so they are prepared to deal with any incident that occurs.
